My FAQ's
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can do only one item if that is all you have.
Can you do my job while I wait?
Sometimes. If I’m available then yes of course however if you have a logo I will need to get it digitised into a stitch file which can take from a couple of hours to a day.
How much does it cost?
To get your logo turned into a stitch file that my machine can read is $90. Some larger designs can be more. If you just need text and are happy to use one of my many embroidery fonts then the set up is $35. These set up costs are one off costs so if you need the same design done again at a later date then you will not incur this charge again. To then stitch out your design is from $15 per item/position. Most designs are just the $15 It is the larger more stitch intensive designs that are more.
Can I bring my own garment?
Yes. In fact it is probably easier for both of us especially if you are in a rush.
Can you supply garments/caps?
Yes. I have accounts with ‘as colour’ and other headwear suppliers. It will take a couple of days to receive the stock so again if you are in a hurry it is often best to BYO.
I want towels embroidered with the same design in 3 different colours. Will that cost more and do you need the artwork in the correct colour?
No. I just change the colour thread on my machine. Easy!
What file format do you need my logo in?
A PDF or jpeg is suitable for embroidery.
What if I don’t quite like the sample?
We aim to get the design right so we are happy to fix anything that you don’t like. That’s what the set up fee is for.
Can you post me my order?
Yes of course. Standard postage fees apply plus a small admin fee.
I don’t know what I want. Can you help me?
Yes however I am not a graphic designer. We can discuss ideas and advise you of what I think would look best.
